Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and an exceptionally good view. The location was marvellous and strategic - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurant provided European dishes.

Updated, huge rooms provided with air conditioner as well as nice breakfast. Excellent setting, really close to Real close to the expo center and the restaurant and the centre. Also, in the end everything worked out-many thanks.

The restaurant at the hotel was great for dinner, offering a choice between a buffet or a la carte menu. We both enjoyed ordering healthy dishes. the hotel's location was convenient, situated at a moderate distance from Jakarta International Expo.

Above all, the proximity to the trade fair was very positive, the rooms spacious, breakfast in order. The outdoor area with pool and spa area is very nice.

Unorganised or partially overburdened personnel. À la carte dinner in the evening over an hour waiting. Defective telephone in the room: a four times visit from a "technician" necessary. Too bad, because the hotel is really good.

I had a fantastic experience staying in a spacious and modern room with a balcony, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

The bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious. The bathroom is spacious and the bathrobes are soft and cuddly. It was my birthday and I even got a birthday cake brought to my room - it was so big that a whole family would have had enough of it.

Breakfast is taken at Mensa--Feeling - if that bothers you, you have been warned in advance. The room service dinner was cold.

Everything! The hotel was really beautiful and the staff was very good. The breakfast offers a very large selection of different dishes.

The light in the room at the window could not be switched off and was extremely disturbing when sleeping. There is a curtain so that you cannot see the light, but it is nice to wake up early with the beautiful view and the sun.
